You can't really exaggerate the fame of property investments with UK investors. When you think about it, you almost certainly picture a profitable residential buy-to-let opportunity. But this isn't the only way to gain contact to UK property. Commercial properties such as offices, property auction, industrial buildings and retail space are an option route that has posted some imposing returns over the last few years.
Unlike residential property, purchasing a commercial property straight is well clear of the reach of most ordinary investors. Instead these properties are easy to access by investing in property unit trust where our money is mutual with other investors and used to buy properties collectively. More and more of these funds have viewed on the market over the last year or so to meet burgeoning demand.
