According to a recent report on UK property auction, there has been a gigantic 60% increase in the number of properties purchased at UK auction since 1998. Thousands of good deal hunters and expert investors now moving to the UK's auction rooms to locate their ideal property at inexpensive rates - and 21,000 homes go under the strike every year.
Anyhow buying a property at auction is not the similar to the regular transaction. It's not for the green and it's not for the pale-hearted people. Research and study is the key, and beginners looking to buy at auction must carry out enough checks before the hit falls. "Buying at auction has become a lot easier for both novice and professional investors, with the number of properties being bought and sold at auction increasing by 60 per cent since 1998".
