Property auctions have been around us for an extremely long time, they are now steadily gaining in the popularity as the best way to buy and sell assets effectively. If you have not ever attended one, you are up to it now. Bidding for any property at auction usually generates a lot of fun and excitement purely for the reason that time aspect of the dealings. Successfully bidding on your preferred property can be done and just dusted in less than 5 minutes.
You can compare this to conventional estate agent methods where completion of a sale could take up to 8 weeks and even longer in some of the cases. So why not everyone just buy and sell at auction instead? The best part of people who are attending auction nowadays are the ones building up a property portfolio, buying to lease out or else buying to restore and sell on for a profit. There are many people who have decided that still purchasing their first home to live in, are more easier than some make out.
