Notice to User : Use and receipt of
the Information
constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your
agreement to abide by them.
Definitions
"propertyauctionzone"
refers to the property auctions service as provided by
propertyauctionzone.com, owned and managed by Essential
Information group Ltd, whose registered office is situated 5
Cranwood St, EC1V 9EE
"The Information" means
the Information relating to Auctions & Auction
Lots published within propertyauctionzone.com and delivered by email and the
Internet.
"The Subscriber" refers to the Person, Corporate Body or Partnership
named as the customer on the invoice and/or in the Confirmation
document.
"The Subscription Fee" means the fee payable by the Subscriber to use
and receive The Information during the License Period.
"The License Period" refers to the period during which the Subscriber is
entitled to receive and use The Information.
When acquiring a License to receive The Information, The Subscriber
agrees to the following: |

Agreement |
|
These
Terms and Conditions of business constitute the business
between propertyauctionzone.com and The Subscriber.
Variations will only be valid if agreed in writing between
The Subscriber and a propertyauctionzone.com Director.
The License gives The Subscriber the right to receive and use The
Information for the duration of The License period subject to The Terms
& Conditions being complied with.
The Subscriber acknowledges that The Information is copyrighted and is
proprietary. The License is not a sale of The Information and the
agreement does not give The Subscriber any rights to patent, copyright,
trade secrets or any other rights or license with respect to The
Information. The Subscriber agrees to hold The Information in confidence
and to take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized copying or
distribution. The Subscriber is not permitted to sell on The
Information. |

propertyauctionzone.com's Liability |
|
propertyauctionzone.com will use reasonable care to provide
correct and accurate information but shall not be liable for
any claim, damage or other loss suffered including
consequential loss due to information being given
incorrectly or omitted wither by propertyauctionzone.com
it's employees or agents or by any other party to
propertyauctionzone.com.
The Information is for reference
purposes only, The Subscriber is recommended to verify
accuracy with the auction house before acting on it. Use of
The Information is at The Subscribers own risk.
propertyauctionzone.com do not give any warranties, express
or implied. In no event will propertyauctionzone.com be liable for damages whatsoever arising out of
the use or inability to use The Information.
No person in the
employment of propertyauctionzone.com has authority to give
any representation or warranty in relation to The
Information. The Subscriber shall not rely upon the
statement, warranty whether express or implied made by
propertyauctionzone.com, its employees, agents or servants.
propertyauctionzone.com is not employed by any company, or individual
belonging to the property auction business either in the UK or
elsewhere. |

Provision of Service |
propertyauctionzone.com reserves the right to amend the
number of auction houses covered by propertyauctionzone.com from time to time.
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing
propertyauctionzone.com shall not be liable for the
consequences for any act of Good or strike, lockouts, civil
commotion, fire, flood, explosion, legislation, or other
cause (whether the foregoing class or not) beyond
propertyauctionzone.com's
control.
propertyauctionzone.com will not be liable to refund all or part of The
License fee in the event of cancellation or termination by The
Subscriber. |

Payment |
|
The License Period will
commence upon receipt of The Subscribers full payment to
propertyauctionzone.com . Any further renewals of The license period
are subject to the same payments conditions. |

Copyright |
|
The Information is
protected under British copyright law. All copyright of The
Information remains the property for propertyauctionzone.com
All rights reserved. No part of The Information may be
copied, reproduced or translated without the prior consent
of propertyauctionzone.com . |
|
License Agreement |
|
It is Illegal to pass The Information to any third
parties for their use. The Subscriber must take reasonable steps to
protect The Information from unauthorized use. |
|
Termination |
|
propertyauctionzone.com may terminate this Agreement and/or
suspend further delivery of The Information in the event that The
Subscriber is in breach of it's obligations under this Agreement
including these Terms & Conditions. |

Refunds |
|
Refunds of the License fee will be given in whole or
in part at the discretion of the Company Management. |
